Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of link-building-poland.com and any link building services purchased from Link Building Poland / Intseo Media (“we,” “us,” “Agency”). By submitting a contact form, signing a proposal, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide white-hat link building services for the Polish market, including guest posting, niche edits, digital PR, and related SEO outreach. Exact deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in your signed proposal or statement of work (“SOW”). The SOW overrides these general Terms where they conflict.

Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your website, target URLs, and brand guidelines
  • Ensure you have authority to authorize link building on behalf of the website owner
  • Review and approve content where the SOW requires client approval
  • Not request placements on sites or with anchor text that violate Google spam policies or applicable law
  • Maintain a safe working environment for our team (no harassment or abusive communication)

Deliverables and reporting

Unless the SOW states otherwise, we report live placement URLs, anchor text, target pages, and relevant metrics monthly. Rankings are not guaranteed. SEO outcomes depend on competition, site health, content quality, and algorithm changes outside our control.

Payment

Invoices are due per the payment terms in your SOW, typically net 14 or net 30 days. Late payments may pause work until accounts are current. Prices are quoted in EUR or PLN as specified. VAT applies where required by law.

Cancellations and refunds

Retainer clients may cancel with 30 days written notice unless the SOW specifies a different term. Work completed and placements live before cancellation are billable. Refunds are not provided for completed placements or outreach labor already performed.

We vet publishers for editorial quality, but we do not control third-party websites. If a link is removed within 90 days of going live through no fault of yours, we will review replacement options as described in your SOW. We do not guarantee permanent links.

Confidentiality

We treat client strategies, URLs, and unpublished content as confidential. You agree not to share our publisher lists, outreach templates, or pricing outside your organization without consent.

Intellectual property

Content we create for guest posts or PR remains usable by the publisher under their editorial terms. You receive a license to reference completed work in your marketing unless the SOW says otherwise. Our methodologies, tools, and prospect databases remain our property.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including ranking losses from Google algorithm updates.

Indemnification

You indemnify us against claims arising from your website content, illegal link requests, or misrepresentation of your authority to engage us.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws specified in your SOW, or if none, the laws of Poland and applicable EU regulations. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to active client SOWs require mutual agreement.
